Delivery Policy

Our Delivery Policy

  1. Our delivery services extend only to registered addresses in Singapore. Of which, we deliver only to addresses specified by the customer in the order details.
  2. We aim to process most orders within three to five business days.
  3. Orders are typically sent via third party-delivery companies. Tracking details will be forwarded to you upon pick-up by the respective couriers.
  4. Delivery and installation (if applicable) of Electronic drums & Monitors are fulfilled by Mobius Music Pte. Ltd.
  5. Delivery costs and times quoted are estimates from our delivery partners. Oversized or bulky items may incur an additional surcharge. Also, delivery times may be affected by peak periods and/or holidays.
  6. We will not be held liable for any costs arising directly or indirectly from non-delivery or late delivery

Our Cancellation/Exchange Policy

  1. We are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed for delivery.
  2. Returns and/or exchanges are only accepted due to workmanship defects. Should such an incident arise, contact us with details of the issue within three days of receipt.
  3. Should the return/exchange be approved, the customer is expected to take the item to our showroom for a one to one replacement or, should a replacement be impossible, a full refund.
  4. Exchange policies and warranties of Electronic drums & Monitors are fulfilled by Mobius Music Pte Ltd
  5. We reserve the right to reject fraudulent claims including but not limited to: excessive returns, returning used/altered products, return of products not purchased from us.

Our Warranty Policy

  1. We provide a 1-year warranty on all Mobius Electronic Drum Kit and Amplifier products.
  2. 1-year warranty shall commence from purchased date.
